RESOLUTION NO. 92- 4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ESTABLISHING A FOUR-WAY STOP AT THE
INTERSECTION OF OLD GILROY AND CHESTNUT
STREETS IN THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, the city Engineer has studied traffic conditions
at the intersection of Old Gilroy and Chestnut Streets, and
determined that both traffic volumes and reported collisions
warrant the installation of a four-way stop at this intersection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Director of
Public Works is hereby directed to install a four-way stop at the
intersection of Old Gilroy and Chestnut Streets.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1992 by the
following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEMBERS: GILROY, HALE, KLOECKER, NELSON,
ROWLISON and GAGE.
NOES:
COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEMBERS: VALDEZ
