Resolution 1992-10 ~ . .. RESOLUTION NO. 92- 10 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING A FOUR-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF SIXTH AND FOREST STREETS IN THE CITY OF GILROY WHEREAS, the City Engineer has studied traffic conditions at the intersection of sixth and Forest Streets, and determined that reported collisions warrant the installation of a four-way stop at this intersection; and WHEREAS, under section 15.40 of the Gilroy City Code, the city Administrator is required to cause stop signs to be erected and maintained at any entrance to an intersection designated for a required stop by resolution of the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT vehicles shall be required to stop at all entrances to the intersection of sixth and Forest streets, and city Administrator is hereby directed to instruct the Director of Public Works to erect and maintain a four- way stop at that intersection.
