RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 45
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AOOPTING THE APPROPRIATION LIMIT
FOR 1992-1993 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the voters of the State of California elected to add Article
XIII. B. of the California Constitution known as the Gann Initiative and
Proposition 4; and
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Finance, and the League
of California Cities have established uniform guidelines and have published
appropriate percentages for CPI and population changes for the implementation of
the subject limit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appropriation limit for the City
of Gilroy for 1992-1993 is $41,668,111.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GILROY, HALE, KLOERCKER, ROWLISON, VALDEZ and
GAGE.
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT:COUNCILMEMBER: NELSON
