RESOLUTION NO. 92- 48
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ESTABLISHING RATES FOR SANITARY
SEWER SERVICE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1992 THROUGH
JUNE 30, 1999
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, that
pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code section 19.79, the
City Council does hereby establish the following rates for Sanitary
Sewer Service to become effective on July 1, 1992 ("the Base Year")
as hereinafter set forth.

Council, the rates shall increase each July 1 through and including
July 1, 1998 as follows: the new rate shall be 110% of the rates
established on July 1 of the preceding year. Appendix A attached
hereto and incorporated by this reference sets forth the method-
ology for establishing monthly charges for flat rate users, other
than single family and multi family/mobile home users, in the Base
Year, which charges are set forth herein for informational purposes
only.
