RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 65
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING 1992 SALARY
SCHEDULES FOR FIRE, MISCELLANEOUS AND MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, the City Council does establish salaries for city officers and
employees by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Memoranda of Understanding currently in effect between the City
and the bargaining units for fire and miscellaneous personnel each call for a five
percent (5%) increase in salaries effective July 1, 1992.
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the city to increase salaries for management
personnel in accordance with the increases for bargaining units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salaries for 1992 for management,
fire and miscellaneous personnel as set forth in the attached schedules, consisting
of seven (7) pages, are hereby approved and established to be effective on July 1,
1992.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES; COUNCILMEMBERS: GILROY, HALE, KLOECKER, ROWLISON, VALDEZ and GAGE.
