RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 32
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING RATES FOR WATER
SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, that
pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code Sections 27.42 and 27.50, the City
Council does hereby establish the following rates for Water Service effective July
1, 1993:
1. Rates for metered water service shall be:
A) The following Base Rates:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Senior Citizens water discounts be revised
for primary water users 62 years or older with an income of $18,600 or less per
year upon filing a declaration to that effect, as follows:
