RESOLUTION NO. 93-39
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ESTABLISHING A BUILDOUT SCHEDULE FOR
1994 THROUGH AND INCLUDING 2003 UNDER THE
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, after study and hearings, the Planning
commission and staff have duly recommended a buildout schedule for
the years 1994 through 2003 pursuant to section 50.66 of the
Residential Development Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, after further study and hearings the city
Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning commission
and modified it to establish a buildout schedule for the years 1994
through and including 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the
City of Gilroy hereby approves the buildout schedule shown in the
attached Exhibit A, labelled "Analysis F" and consisting of one
page, which exhibit is incorporated herein by this reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1993 by the
