RESOLUTION NO. 93-49
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT AND
SETTING HEARINGS OF PROTESTS
NORTH FOREST STREET ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Gilroy resolves:
1. At the direction of this Council. the Director of Public Works, as Engineer of
Work fdr improvement proceedings in North Forest Street Assessment District, City of
Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, has filed with the City Clerk the
report described in Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code (Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913). This Council accepts the report without modification, for
the purpose of conducting public hearings on the improvements described in the
report.
2. This Council sets 7:00 P.M. on September 27, 1993, and 7:00 P.M. on October
4, 1993, at the Chambers of the City Council at City Hall, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy,
California, as the time and place for public hearings on the proposed improvements.
3. The City Clerk is directed to mail the notices of improvement required by the
Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and to file an affidavit of compliance.

I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 16th day of August, 1993, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AYES, and in favor, thereof, Councilmembers: GILROY, HALE, NELSON,
VALDEZ and GAGE.
NOES, Councilmembers: None
ABSENT, Council members: KLOECKER and ROWLISON.
