RESOLUTION CONTINUING HEARING AND
CONSIDERATION OF ALL MATTERS
NORTII FOREST STREET ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
CI1Y OF GILROY
The City Council of the City of Gilroy resolves:
On October 25, 1993, at the time set for the public hearing on the
Resolution of Intention and the Engineer's Report, this Council continued the time for
said public hearing and consideration of all matters in connection with the proposed
improvement in North Forest Street Assessment District, City of Gilroy, County of Santa
Clara, State of California to November 15, 1993 at 7:00 P.M., at the Chambers of the
City Council at City Hall, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to post a copy of this resolution on or
near the door of the Council Chamber within 24 hours after the time of continuance.

I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 25th day of October, 1993, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

NELSON, VALDEZ and GAGE.
