RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 68
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
FOR A GRANT APPLICATION PER REQUIREMENTS OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION TREE
PLANTING GRANT TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE
PROTECTION (CDFFP).
WHEREAS, procedures established by the Small Business Administration Tree
Planting Grant administered by the California Department of Forestry and Fire
Protection (CDFFP), require authorization by the City Council to enter into a
contract for said grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
State of California that the City Administrator is authorized and directed to
execute contract number 8CA38323 and any subsequent amendments between said agency
and the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CDFFP).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of November, 1993, by the following vote:
