RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 74
RESOLUTION ORDERING DELETION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS
NORTII FOREST STREET ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
CITY OF GILROY
'The City Council of the City of Gilroy resolves:
1. The acquisition and improvements to be made and had in that
certain project entitled "North Forest Street Assessment District, City of Gilroy, County of
Santa Clara, State of California," pursuant to its Resoli'tionNo. 92-91 adopted December
21, 1992, as amended, be changed and modified to delete therefrom the following
improvements:
The improvement of the westerly half of Murray Avenue from a point
approximately 335 feet north of the centerline of Leavesley Road at the south line
of Assessor's Parcel Number 835-1-12, northerly 2200 feet more or less to the
southerly line of the Santa Clara Valley Water District Flood Control Channel at
Assessor's Parcel Number 835-2-29; and the improvement thereof by clearing,
grubbing, and the construction therein of base, pavement, curbs, gutters, street
signs, striping, monuments, barricades, underground serviced street lighting
facilities, surface and subsurface storm drainage facilities, including outfall
structures, where required, sewer mains, manholes, manhole frames and covers,
wye branches, laterals and cleanouts, where required, water mains, valves, tees,
hydrants and services, where required, together with connection of said sewer
and water facilities to existing facilities of the City of Gilroy.
2. The total project cost in said proceedings be reduced from $3,365,000.00
to $2,311,492.00.
3. That the engineer of Work in said proceedings shall modify the plans and
specifications for said work together with all other portions of the Engineer's Report
filed in said proceedings relating thereto, to reflect the deletion of said acquisitions and
improvements.
4. That said changes shall be made by the Engineer, either on the face of the
Engineer's Report filed in said proceedings or by filing an amendment thereto.

adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a regular
