RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 75
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED BOUNDARY MAP
NORTH FOREST STREET ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
CIlY OF GILROY
The City Council of the City of Gilroy resolves:
A map entitled "Amended Boundary Map, Proposed Amended Boundaries of
North Forest Street Assessmen Disiict, City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California" has been filed with the City Clerk.
This Council approves the map and adopts the boundaries shown on the map as
describing the extent of the territory included in a proposed assessment district to be
known as North Forest Street Assessment District, City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
This Council finds that the map is in the form and contains the matters
prescribed by Section 3110 of the California Streets and Highways Code.
This Council directs the City Clerk to certify the adoption of this resolution on
the face of the map, and to file a copy of the map with the County Recorder for
placement in the Book of Maps of Assessment Districts, to be cross-indexed to the
following boundary map previously filed for record: "Proposed Boundaries of North
Forest Street Assessment District, City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California," filed on December 28, 1992, in Book 29 of Maps of Assessment Districts at
page 147.
I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 6th day of Dec. , 199~ by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AYES, and in favor, thereof, Councilmembers: GILROY, KLOECKER, MORALES,
ROGERS, ROWLISON, VALDEZ and GAGE.
