RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 8
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT
NORTII FOREST STREET ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
CIlY OF GILROY
The City Council of the City of Gilroy resolves:
As a part of the proceedings for the sale of improyement bonds in North Forest
Street Assessment District, City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, this
Council hereby approves the Preliminary Official Statement dated January 12, 1994, and
a final Official Statement derived substantially therefrom. Distribution of the Preliminary
Official Statement and the final Official Statement is hereby authorized.
This Official Statement is final except for certain information which will not be
known until the time of sale and is therefore "deemed final" within the meaning of Rule
15c2-12 of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The City Treasurer is authorized to sign the Preliminary Official Statement and
the final Official Statement.

I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 18th day of January, 1994, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

ROGERS, ROWLISON, VALDEZ and GAGE.
