RESOLUTION NO. 94-86
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ESTABLISHING CARDROOM FEES
WHEREAS, section 16.1-1(0) of the Gilroy City Code
provides that this City Council shall set by resolution various
fees applicable to the application for and permitting, registration
and renewal of cardrooms and cardroom tables and cardroom employees
within the city; and,
WHEREAS, City staff have proposed that cardroom fees as
are set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference, should be adopted by the Council in implementa-
tion of the Council's authority under section 16.1-1(0); and,
WHEREAS, this Council finds that the fees set forth in
the attached Exhibit A are reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Schedule of
Cardroom Fees as is set forth in the attached Exhibit A be and
hereby is adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1994 by the
