Resolution 1995-24 . . ~l '- RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 24 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING A ONE-WAY STOP ON HOWARD AVENUE AT THE INTERSECTION OF HOWARD AVENUE AND CULP DRIVE WHEREAS, the City Engineer has studied traffic conditions at the intersection of Howard Avenue and Culp Drive, and determined that traffic flow warrants the installation of a one-way stop on Howard Avenue at the intersection of Howard Avenue and CUlp Drive; WHEREAS, under Section 15.40 of the Gilroy City COde, the City Administrator is required to cause stop signs to be erected and maintained at any entrance to an intersection designated for a required stop by resolution of the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install a one-way stop on Howard Avenue at the intersection of Howard Avenue and Culp Drive. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March. 1995 by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GILROY, KLOECKER, MORALES, ROGERS, ROWLISON, VALDEZ and GAGE.
