RESOLUTION NO. 95-48
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF FEES PURSUANT
TO THE ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the city Council on May I, 1995 duly adopted
Ordinance No. 95-9 entitled "An Ordinance of the City Council of
the city of Gilroy Amending Chapter 4 of the Gilroy City Code
Relating to Animal Control"; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance in part repealed Chapter 4 of the
Gilroy city Code and added a new Chapter 4 to be known as the
"Animal Control ordinance"; and
WHEREAS, the Animal Control Ordinance requires those
affected to obtain certain permits and licenses, provides for
provision of services and enforcement of said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Animal Control Ordinance provides that the
City Council shall set the fees, rates and charges for said
provision of services and permits and licenses by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the city Council of
the City of Gilroy hereby sets the fees, rates and charges pursuant
to the Animal Control Ordinance as set forth in the schedule
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this
reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1995 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: KLOECKER, MORALES, ROGERS, ROWLISON,
VALDEZ, GAGE
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GILROY
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE.
