RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 74
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF GILROY ALL CONTRACTS PREVIOUSLY
APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY:
Notwithstanding any action heretofore taken by the City Council to the
contrary, unless hereinafter otherwise provided by the City Council, the City Clerk
is hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of Gilroy, all
contracts previously approved by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 1995, by the following
vote:
