Resolution 1996-02 . . ~ RESOLUTXOR RO. 96 - 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING 1996 SALARY SCHEDULES FOR MISCELLANEOUS, EXEMPT, POLICE AND FIRE PERSONNEL. WHEREAS, Memorandum of Understandings have been negotiated and approved for all Bargaining Units per Resolution No. 95-61; and WHEREAS, SALARY SCHEDULES HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED TO REFLECT THE CURRENT STAPFING ON COST OF LIVING INCREASES FOR POLICE AND FIRE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1996. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salaries for 1995-1996 as set forth in the attached schedules, consisting of nine pages, are hereby approved and established to be effective on January 1, 1996.
