Resolution 1996-51 . . RESOLUTION NO 96 - 5l RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING 1996 SALARY SCHEDULES FOR MISCELLANEOUS, and EXEMPT. WHEREAS, the City Council does establish salaries for city officers and employees by resolution; and WHEREAS, Memoranda of Understandings have been negotiated with the following units: Miscellaneous, three percent (3%), and Exempt, three percent (3%) effective July 1, 1996. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salaries for 1996-1997 as set forth in the attached schedules, consisting of eight (8) pages, are hereby approved and established to be effective on July 1, 1996.
