RESOLUTION NO. 96-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
AND AMENDING: I) CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN; 2) RESIDENTIAL ANTI
DISPLACEMENT AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PLAN; AND 3) REALLOCATION
GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, the City Council held dilly noticed public hearing on November 25, 1996,
as well as a study session on October 24th and a study session November 14th, 1996, and considered
the staff reports, and all written and oral testimony.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following Consolidated Plan
amendments and CDBG Program Guidelines are approved and adopted;
a) City of Gilroy
Community Development Block Grant Program
Citizen Participation Plan
b) City of Gilroy
Community Development Block Grant Program
Fund Reallocation Guidelines
c) City of Gilroy
Community Development Block Grant Program
Anti Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November, 1996 by the following vote:

SPRINGER and GAGE.
