Resolution 1996-75 . - RESOLUTION NO. 96- 75 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING A FOUR-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF SIXTH STREET AND ROGERS LANE-STONEY COURT WHEREAS, the City Engineer has studied traffic conditions at the intersection of Sixth Street and Rogers Lane-Stoney Court and determined that assignment of right-of-way warrants the installation of a four-way stop with a crosswalk across Sixth Street on the westerly leg of the intersection. WHEREAS, under Section 15.40 of the Gilroy City Code, the City Administrator is required to cause stop signs to be erected and maintained at any entrance to an intersection designated for a required stop by resolution of the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Director of Community Development is hereby directed to install stop signs and crosswalk on westbound and eastbound Sixth Street at the intersection with Rogers Lane-Stoney Court.
