RESOLUTION NO. 97-52
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE
TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT ACTIVITIES AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that the City Administrator,
Jay Baksa, is authorized to execute the necessary agreements in reference to the Gilroy Southern
Pacific Railroad Depot Rehabilitation Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 1997 by the following vote:
