RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE
PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 010 TO
ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5034
BE IT RESOL YED, by the Council ofthe City of Gilroy that the City Administrator of
the said City of Gilroy is authorized to execute all Program Supplement Agreements to Local
Agency-State Agreements for Federal-Aid Projects as well as any amendments to said
agreements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1997 by the following vote:
