RESOLUTION NO. 98-70
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
REVISING THE DEVELOPMENT IMP ACT FEES CHARGED
BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, after extensive study and consultation with interested parties and the City
Council of the City of Gilroy, Staffhave prepared and recommended revisions to the City of
Gilroy Development Impact Fees, as authorized by the various Sections of the City Code and
State law, and good cause appearing thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Gilroy approves
the attached City of Gilroy Development Impact Fee Schedule.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1998 by the following vote:
