RESOLUTION NO. 99-52
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY REVISING THE RDO 96-02 PERFORMANCE
AGREEMENT BY GRANTING AN EXTENSION UNTIL
SEPTEMBER I, 1999, FOR FILING A FINAL MAP
WHEREAS, the City Council granted RDO allocations to Edith Huang ("Applicant") for
the buildout of the "Woodside Terrace" project under RD 96-02, as amended by the City Council
on December 21, 1998, ("RD 96-02"); and
WHEREAS, the Residential Development Ordinance Performance Agreement
("Performance Agreement") entered into pursuant to RD 96-02 requires Applicant to submit a
final map by July I, 1999; and
WHEREAS, Applicant has made a good faith effort to comply with all the provisions of
the Performance Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Applicant has requested an extension until September I, 1999, to file the
final map; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that said extension IS reasonable gIven the
circumstances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The Residential Development Ordinance Performance Agreement entered into pursuant to
RD 96-02 is hereby amended as follows:
Exhibit A shall be replaced with Exhibit AI, attached hereto as Exhibit I and incorporated

herein by this reference, which extends the deadline to file the final map until September I,
1999.
