COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO.1

RESOLUTION NO. 99-76
RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
The City Council of the City of Gilroy resolves:
1. A boundary map (the "Boundary Map") entitled "Proposed
Boundaries of Community Facilities District No. I (Emergency Medical Services), City
of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California" has been filed with the City Clerk
(the "City Clerk") of the City of Gilroy (the "City"), and this City Council wishes to
approve the Boundary Map to serve as the official boundary map of the proposed
community facilities district ("CFD No. I").
2. This City Council approves the Boundary Map and adopts the
boundaries shown on the Boundary Map as describing the extent of the territory included
in a proposed community facilities district to be known as Community Facilities District
No, I (Emergency Medical Services), City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California.
3. This City Council fmds that the Boundary Map is in the form and
contains the matters prescribed by Section 311 0 of the California Streets and Highways
Code.
4. This City Council directs the City Clerk of the City to certify the
adoption of this resolution on the face of the Boundary Map and to file a copy of the
Boundary Map with the Santa Clara County Recorder for placement in the Book of Maps
of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts.
