RESOLUTION NO. 2000-21
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS ON CITY STREETS
Upon recommendation by the Traffic Engineer, based on an engineering and traffic
survey, and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF GILROY pursuant to
Section 15.11 and 15.12 of the Gilroy City Code that prima facie speed limits shall be
established on the following designated streets in the City of Gilroy:
FORTY MILES PER HOUR
SUNRISE DRIVE between Kite Drive and Santa Teresa Boulevard
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 2000 by the following vote:

COUNCILMEMBERS: G. ARELLANO, P. ARELLANO, MORALES,
PINHEIRO, SUDOL, VELASCO, SPRINGER
