RESOLUTION NO. 2000-23
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
REVISING THE DEVELOPMENT IMP ACT FEES CHARGED
BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, after extensive study and consultation with interested parties and the City
Council of the City of Gilroy, Staff have prepared and recommended revisions to the City of
Gilroy Development Impact Fees, as authorized by the various Sections of the City Code and
State law, and good cause appearing thereafter.
WHEREAS, the following exceptions shall be recognized:
1. Commercial and industrial projects for which complete building and off-site plans have
been submitted and deemed complete by the City.
2. Residential projects for which complete off-site plans and a final map have been
submitted and deemed complete by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Gilroy approves
the attached City of Gilroy Development Impact Fee Schedule to be effective sixty (60) days
hereafter.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 2000 by the following vote:
