Resolution 2001-32 RESOLUTION NO. 2001-32 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ADOPTING THE APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR 2001-2002 FISCAL YEAR WHEREAS, the voters of the State of California elected to add Article XIII. B. of the California Constitution known as the Gann Initiative and Proposition 4; and WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Finance, and the League of California Cities have established uniform guidelines and have published appropriate percentages for California per capita and population changes for the implementation of the subject limit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appropriation limit for the City of Gilroy for 2001-2002 is $80,433,266.00 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day ofJune, 2001 by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: G.
