Resolution 2001-46 RESOLUTION NO. 2001-46 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING AN ALL-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF OLD GILROY STREET AND FOREST STREET IN THE CITY OF GILROY PURSUANT TO SECTION 15.40 OF THE CITY CODE WHEREAS, the City Council has directed staff to install an all-way stop at the intersection of Old Gilroy Street and Forest Street; and WHEREAS, under Section 15.40 of the Gilroy City Code, the City Administrator is required to cause stop signs to be erected and maintained at any entrance to an intersection designated for a required stop by resolution of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT vehicles shall be required to stop at all entrances to the intersection of Old Gilroy Street and Forest Street and the City Administrator is hereby directed to instruct the Director of Community Services to install stop signs at the intersection of Old Gilroy Street and Forest Street.
