Resolution 2001-56 RESOLUTION NO. 2001-56 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ADOPTING THE PROJECT RATING SCALE PURSUANT TO SECTION 50.65 OF THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE SET FORTH IN THE GILROY ZONING ORDINANCE AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 95-55 WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy ("Applicant") submitted application M 01-08 requesting approval to amend the Project Rating Scale of the Residential Development Ordinance ("RDO'') that was adopted on June 26, 1995 by Resolution No. 95-55; and WHEREAS, approval of this project is categorically exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA''), pursuant to Article 18, Statutory Exemptions, CEQA Guideline 15262, exempting feasibility and planning studies; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed application M 01-08 at a duly noticed meeting on June 7, 2001, and voted to recommend that the City Council approve the proposed revisions to the Project Rating Scale; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed application M 01-08 and all documents relating thereto, including the Staff Report dated July 11, 2001, at its duly noticed regularly scheduled meeting on July 16,2001; and WHEREAS, the location and custodian of the documents or other materials which constitute the record of proceedings upon which this project approval is based is the office of the City Clerk. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council hereby determines: A.
