RESOLUTION NO. 2001-68
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS ON A CITY STREET
Upon recommendation by the City Traffic Engineer, based on a engineering and traffic survey,
and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY pursuant to Section 15.11
and 15.12 of the Gilroy City Code that prima facie speed limits shall be established on the following
designated streets in the City of Gilroy:
THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR
HIRASAKI AVENUE from Longmeadow Drive to Mantelli Drive
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ISth day of October, 2001 by the following vote:
