RESOLUTION NO 2001-70
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE
AFSCME, LOCAL 101 EMPLOYEES FOR THE TIME PERIOD
JULY 1,2001 -DECEMBER 31, 2001
WHEREAS, the City Council does establish salaries for city officers and employees by
resolution; and
WHEREAS, A Memorandum of Understanding currently has been negotiated between the
City and the bargaining unit for AFSCME, Local 101 Personnel with the following future salary
mcreases:
July 1, 2001 - 3% increase
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salaries effective for the time period
July 1, 2001 - December 31, 2001 for the AFSCME, Local 101 personnel is hereby approved and
established with the effective date noted above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ISth day of October, 2001 by the following vote:
