RESOLUTION NO. 2002-53
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING THE JULY 1,2002 SALARY SCHEDULE FOR
PART-TIME, TEMPORARY, AND SEASONAL EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City Council does establish salaries for city officers and employees by
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Administrator and Human Resources Director are recommending a
salary increase of Three (3%) percent, effective July I, 2002 for this group of unrepresented
employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salaries effective July 1, 2002 for part-
time, temporary, and seasonal personnel as set forth in the attached schedule consisting of one (I)
page, is hereby approved and established and effective on July 1, 2002.
PAS SED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 2002 by the following vote:
