RESOLUTION NO. 2002-54
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING THE JULY 1, 2002 AND JANUARY 1, 2003 SALARY
SCHEDULES FOR EXEMPT PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, the City Council does establish salaries for city officers and employees by
resolution; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salaries effective July 1, 2002 for the
Exempt personnel as set forth in the attached salary schedule consisting of two (2) pages, is
hereby approved and established with a four (4%) percent increase effective on July 1, 2002. In
addition, the salaries effective January 1, 2003 for the Exempt personnel as set forth in the
attached salary schedule consisting of two (2) pages, is hereby approved and established with a
two (2%) percent increase effective on January 1, 2003.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 2002 by the following vote:
