Resolution 2003-21 RESOLUTION NO. 2003-21 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING AN ALL-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF SECOND STREET AND EIGLEBERRY STREET IN THE CITY OF GILROY PURSUANT TO SECTION 15.40 OF THE CITY CODE WHEREAS, the City Engineer has studied traffic conditions at the intersection of Second Street and Eigleberry Street and determined that restricted visibility warrants the installation of an all-way stop at this intersection; and WHEREAS, under Section 15.40 of the Gilroy City Code, the City Administrator is required to cause stop signs to be erected and maintained at any entrance to an intersection designated for a required stop by resolution of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT vehicles shall be required to stop at all entrances to the intersection of Second Street and Eigleberry Street, and the City Administrator is hereby directed to instruct the Director of Community Services to install stop signs at the intersection of Second Street and Eigleberry Street.
