RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
TO AUTHORIZE THOSE APPOINTED MEMBERS OF THE CITY
OF GILROY DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN ADVISORY
COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ON
BEHALF OF THAT PLAN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy that the following members
of the Deferred Compensation Plan Advisory Committee be and they are authorized to conduct
financial transactions on behalf of the Plan,
Finance Director
Human Resources Director
AFSCME 101 Representative
Gilroy Fire Fighters Local 2805 Representative
Police Officers Association Representative
