RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -89
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY ESTABLISHING THE SALARY SCHEDULES FOR
THE AFSCME, SUPERVISORY UNIT EMPLOYEES FOR
THE TIME PERIOD JULY 1, 2005 — JUNE 30, 2007
WHEREAS, the City Council does establish salaries for city employees by resolution;
WHEREAS, A Memorandum of Understanding currently has been negotiated between
the City and the AFSCME Supervisory Unit with the following future salary increases:
July 1, 2005 — I% increase
July 1, 2006 — 2.5% increase
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salaries effective for the time period
July 1, 2005 — June 30, 2007 for the AFSCME Supervisory Unit personnel as set forth in the
attached schedule consisting of two (2) pages, is hereby approved and established with the
effective dates noted above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 2005 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: CORREA, DILLON, GARTMAN, MORALES,
VALIQUETTE, VELASCO, and PINHEIRO
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
