RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING THE JULY 1, 2005 AND JULY 1, 2006 SALARY
SCHEDULES FOR EXEMPT PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, the City Council does establish salaries for city officers and employees by
resolution; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salaries effective July 1, 2005 for the
Exempt personnel as set forth in the attached salary schedule consisting of two (2) pages is
hereby approved and established with a one (1 %) percent increase effective on July 1, 2005. In
addition, the salaries effective July 1, 2006 for the Exempt personnel as set forth in the attached
salary schedule consisting of two (2) pages is hereby approved and established with a two and a
half (2.5 %) percent increase effective July 1, 2006.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 2005 by the following vote:
