Resolution 2006-70 P<k RESOLUTION NO. 2006-70 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING THE JANUARY 1,2005, JULY 1,2005, JULY 1,2006 AND JULY 1,2007 SALARY SCHEDULES FOR THE IAFF, LOCAL 2805 FIRE PERSONNEL WHEREAS, the City Council does establish salaries for city officers and employees by resolution; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salaries effective January 1, 2005 for the IAFF, Local 2805 Fire personnel as set forth in the attached salary schedule consisting of one (1) page is hereby approved and established with a three (3%) percent increase effective on January 1, 2005. In addition, the salaries effective July 1, 2005 for the IAFF, Local 2805 Fire personnel as set forth in the attached salary schedule consisting of one (1) page is hereby approved and established with a two (2%) percent increase effective July 1,2005. In addition, the salaries effective July 1, 2006 for the IAFF, Local 2805 Fire personnel as set forth in the attached salary schedule consisting of one (1) page is hereby approved and established with a two (2%) percent increase effective July 1, 2006. In addition, the salaries effective July 1, 2007 for the IAFF, Local 2805 Fire personnel as set forth in the attached salary schedule consisting of one (1) page is hereby approved and established with a two (3%) percent increase effective July 1, 2007. All of the above referenced salary tables are in accordance with the arbitration decision issued by Arbitrator John Kagel in his decision dated September 8, 2006 which was received by the City of Gilroy on September 12, 2006.
