RESOLUTION NO. 2008-55
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING THE PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST FEE SCHEDULE IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPEN GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council on November 17, 2008 approved the Open Government
Ordinance ("Ordinance"); and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance references that certain fees that may be charged for public
information requests.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the
City Council of the City of Gilroy as follows:
City Council hereby approves the following fee schedule:
Public Record
Fee
1. Copies of Agendas, Packets and Minutes of all Policy Bodies
$O.Ol/page + postage
2. Audio and Video Tape Copies
Direct Costs
3. Photo Copies (City-Wide)
$0.10/page + postage
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
