RESOLUTION NO. 2008-56
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY AUTHORIZING OFFICERS WHO MAY ACCEPT
AND CONSENT TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS OR
GRANTS TO THE CITY OF GILROY AND CONSENT TO
THE RECORDATION THEREOF
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy that the following officers
of the City of Gilroy be authorized to accept on behalf of the City of Gilroy deeds and grants
made to said City and consent to the recordation thereof:
Albert Pinheiro, Mayor
Thomas Haglund, City Administrator
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in
the office of the Santa Clara County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 2008 by the following vote:
