RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2007-58 AUTHORIZING OFFICERS
WHO MAY CONDUCT FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF GILROY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy that the following officers,
of the City of Gilroy be and are authorized to conduct financial transactions on behalf of the City
of Gilroy:
Thomas Haglund
City Administrator
Christina Turner
City Treasurer and Finance Director
Barbara Voss
Assistant Finance Director
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June 2009 by the following vote:
