RESOLUTION NO. 2009-01
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE OF THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2003-02 APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN THE LOCAL
AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND AND NAMING CITY OFFICIALS AUTHORIZED
TO ORDER DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors ofthe Community Development Agency of
the City of Gilroy that:
A. The name and address of this agency is the Community Development Agency of the
City of Gilroy, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020.
B. The Community Development Agency of the City of Gilroy agrees to deposit or
withdraw money in the Local Agency Investment Fund in the State Treasury in
accordance with the provisions of Section 16429.1 et seq. of the California
Government Code for the purpose of investment as stated therein.
C. The names and titles of the City officials authorized to order the deposit or withdrawal
of money in the Local Agency Investment Fund on behalf of the Community
Development Agency are:
Thomas Haglund, City Administrator
Christina Turner, City Treasurer/Finance Director
Barbara Voss, Assistant Finance Director
D. A certified copy of this Resolution be filed with the California State Treasurer as
authority for participation by the Community Development Agency of the City of
Gilroy in the Local Agency Investment Fund.
