RESOLUTION NO. 83 - 1
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL
CIRCULATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF PUBLISHING
INFORMATION REGARDING REDEVELOPMENT
RESOLVED, by the Community Development Agency of the City of
Gilroy, California, that
WHEREAS, throughout the planning stages in preparation of a
Community Development Plan for the City of Gilroy (the "Agency"), it
will be beneficial to the public to be informed of the progress in said
planning by publication of information in a newspaper of general
circulation; and
WHEREAS, the Gilroy-Morgan Hill Dispatch is a newspaper of
general circulation within the City of Gilroy;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED as follows:
The Gilroy-Morgan Hill Dispatch is designated as a newspaper of
general circulation to be used by the Agency for purposes of
publication of notifications regarding redevelopment matters within the
City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Community
Development Agency of the City of Gilroy, California, at a meeting
thereof, held on the 6th day of September , 1983.
