RESOLUTION NO. 83-2
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CERTAIN OFFICERS
RESOLVED, by the Community Development'Agency of the City of
Gilroy, California, that ~
WHEREAS, the following appointments of certain officers are

hereby made in accordance with the bylaws and regulations of this
Agency:
Cha i rman:
The Mayor of the City of Gilroy (the
"City") shall be the Chairman of the Agency.
Vice Chairman:
Executive Director:
The Mayor Protempore of the City shall be
the Vice-Chairman of the Agency.
The City Administrant of the City shall
be the Executive Director of the Agency.
Secretary:
The Clerk of the City shall be the
Secretary of the Agency.
Treasurer:
The Treasurer of the City shall be shall be
the Treasurer of the Agency.
