RESOLUTION NO. 83-3
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING SURVEY AREA IN
THE CITY PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY
CODE SECTION 33310 ET SEQ
that
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
RESOLVED, by the ~/~~of the City of Gilroy, California,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to designate the area
described in Exhibit "A", hereto as a survey area pursuant to Health
and Safety Code Section 33310 et seq;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED, and ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the area set forth in EXhibit "A" requires study to
determine if a redevelopment project or projects within said area are
feasible;
2. The aforementioned Exhibit "A" describing the boundaries of
the survey area designated is hereby incorporated herein and by this
reference made a part hereof; and

3. The ~l~ is hereby directed to transmit an executed copy of
this resolution to the Planning Commission and ~he city's community
Development.Agency.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Community
Development Agency of the City of Gilroy, California, at a meeting
thereof, held on the 6th day of September , 1983.
