RESOLUTION NO. 88- 3
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF GILROY DESIGNATING SIGNATORIES
FOR CHECKS ISSUED BY THE AGENCY
WHEREAS, on September 19, 1988, by Resolution No. 88-1 ,
the Community Development Agency of the City of Gilroy
adopted the "Bylaws of the Community Development Agency of the
City of Gilroy" (the "Bylaws"); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article II, Section 7 of the
Bylaws, the Agency, by resolution, may designate those persons
authorized to sign checks issued by the Agency; and
WHEREAS, by this Resolution, the Agency desires to
designate those persons who may act as signatories of checks
issued by the Agency.
BE IT NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED THAT:
1. The Agency hereby designates and authorizes the
Executive Director, Agency Secretary, and Agency Treasurer to
act as signatories on all checks issued by the Agency; and
2. The Agency hereby further directs that any check
issued by the Agency shall require the signature of any two of
the above three persons so designated.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of September, 1988, by
