CDA Resolution 89-5COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. 89- 5 RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF GILROY ADOPTING THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA GUIDELINES FOR AGENCY IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CALIFORNIA RELOCATION ASSISTANCE ACT. WHEREAS, pursuant to the Relocation Assistance Act of the State of California (Government Code Section 7260 et seq.), the Community Development Agency of the City of Gilroy '(the "Agency") is required to adopt guidelines for implementing the Relocation Assistance Act, and such guidelines are r~quired to conform to guidelines issued by the State of California, Department of Housing and Community Development; and WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Community Development has issued guidelines and procedures implementing the Relocation Assistance Act (25 California Administrative Code, Section 6000 et seq.). Such guidelines and procedures, as they now exist or as they may be amended from time to time in the future, are incorporated in this Resolution by this reference and are hereinafter referred to as the "State Relocation Guidelines"; and WHEREAS, the Agency now desires to adopt the State Relocation Guidelines as its general guidelines for implementing the Relocation Assistance Act. BE IT NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED: 1. That the State Relocation Guidelines are hereby adopted by the Community Development Agency of the City of Gilroy for implementing the California Relocation Assistance Act.
