RESOLUTION NO. 2009-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE GILROY INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-35,
DESIGNATING THE AUTHORITY SECRETARY AND TREASURER
WHEREAS, the Gilroy Industrial Development Authority is authorized to appoint a
Secretary and Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 82-35 will need to be amended to name the titles of those
persons to fill the Secretary and Treasurer positions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Directors of the Gilroy Industrial Development Authority of the City of Gilroy that the Secretary
of the Authority shall be the City Clerk of the City of Gilroy and the Treasurer of the Authority
shall be the Finance Director of the City of Gilroy.

I, SHA WNA FREELS, Secretary of the Gilroy Industrial Development Authority, do
hereby certify that the attached Resolution No. 2009-01 is an original resolution, or true and
correct copy of an authority resolution, duly adopted by the Board ofthe Gilroy Industrial
Development Authority at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 6th day of July, 2009, at
which meeting a quorum was present.
